When choosing Simple Sale you're listing an NFT for a fixed price.
On the Listing Type select Simple Sale
On the Price field choose the currency you want (we support NEAR, USDC and USDT) and type the price.
On Amount to List type the amount you want to list (if you only have 1 token like in this example, you're limited to 1)
Click Make Listing
Authorize the transaction on your wallet
You can also see the price breakdown, you gain a clearer understanding of your potential earnings after deducting fees and royalties (should you choose to set them).
